3. Refund Policy
At GovPointe we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality services. However, it is important to note that due to the nature of the digital nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the service has been started as agreed. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions of our refund policy for our services:
No Refunds Upon Delivery of Services: Our policy stipulates that once the digital services have been started to the customer, as agreed, no refund will be issued. This includes, but is not limited to, the delivery of the Federal Market Research Report.
Quality Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our digital services and will make every effort to address any issues or concerns that may arise. If the customer experiences any technical difficulties or if the Federal Market Research Report does not meet their expectations, they should contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.
4. Delivery Policy
Our services are delivered digitally or through direct engagement with our team.
- Delivery Timeline: Deliverables and services are scheduled as detailed in the signed agreement under Schedule B.
- Delivery Method: All deliverables, such as reports and business assets, will be provided electronically via email or through a secure online portal.
- Phased Delivery: Services are delivered in clearly defined phases, including Target, Prepare, and Connect phases, as outlined in the signed agreement.
5. Return Policy
As GovPointe exclusively offers consulting and strategic services, there is no return process for our offerings. However, we stand by the quality of our deliverables and services.
- Issue Resolution: If any aspect of our deliverables does not meet your expectations, we encourage you to contact us. We will address any discrepancies or concerns promptly.
6. Cancellation Policy
GovPointe provides clear guidelines for cancellations based on the terms in the signed agreement.
- Cancellation Before Service Initiation: If a client chooses to cancel their engagement with GovPointe prior to the commencement of services, notification must be provided in writing. Any cancellation prior to service initiation is subject to review and may incur a fee to cover administrative and preparatory costs.
- Ongoing Services (e.g., Retainer): Clients on a monthly retainer must provide written notice at least two weeks prior to the next automatic billing date to cancel services.
- No Cancellation After Service Commencement: Once services have started, cancellation is not permitted for the contracted engagement, as per the terms of the agreement.
7. Disclaimer
The Website and Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GovPointe disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. GovPointe does not warrant that the Website or Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Website or Services are free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
GovPointe shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Website or Services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if GovPointe has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GovPointe, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, losses, expenses, liabilities, and damages (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Website or Services.

We may terminate your access to the Website or Services at any time, for any reason, or no reason. We may also terminate these Terms at any time by giving you written notice.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States of America.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GovPointe regarding your use of the Website and Services.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Waiver
No waiver by GovPointe of any breach of these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.
