By engaging GovPointe LLC ("GovPointe", "we", "us") for services or using govpointe.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase services.
GovPointe provides federal contracting advisory and support services, including registration and profile optimization, capability statements, market research, opportunity monitoring, GSA Schedule support, proposal writing, and strategic advisory. The scope of any engagement is defined in its order form, proposal, or service description at purchase.
Fees are stated at purchase. One-time services are billed up front. Subscription services (such as Contract Pulse) bill on the stated monthly or annual cycle and may be paused or canceled before the next billing date. Except where a money-back guarantee is expressly stated, fees for delivered work are non-refundable.
You agree to provide accurate, complete information about your business and to review drafts and deliverables promptly. Timelines depend on your responsiveness and on government systems (SAM.gov, SBA, GSA) that we do not control.
GovPointe improves your positioning, visibility, and readiness. We do not and cannot guarantee registration approval timelines, contract awards, or revenue outcomes. Statistics on this site describe past client experience, not a promise of future results.
Deliverables prepared for you (capability statements, reports, profiles) are yours upon full payment. GovPointe methodologies, templates, frameworks, and site content remain GovPointe property and may not be resold or redistributed.
Information you share with us for an engagement is used only to deliver that engagement and is not sold or shared with third parties except as required to perform the work or comply with law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GovPointe’s total liability for any claim arising from services or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. GovPointe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost opportunities.
Either party may end an engagement with written notice. You remain responsible for fees on work performed to the date of termination. We may suspend services for non-payment or misuse.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
